Throughout their career, they have been the lead designer for various e-commerce projects such as the design of Auchan Hungary's webshop and mobile shop, the redesign of the Office Depot online store, UX, branding, and motion design for Rentingo real estate and roommate search portal, and digital transformation for Vodafone.

I'm Berci, a UX/UI Designer on the team. At first, I'm always quiet and observant. I'm not considered a show-off type. Rather, I'm seen as the more mysterious member of the team. However, I like to think creatively, come up with new ideas, and contribute to things. It's important to me to see the whole picture of a given job, ensuring that the details are exactly where they're supposed to be. I'm a big fan of minimalism, which is why I won't reveal more about myself for now.

Our site's main issue was poor user experience. Since the project contained many complex features, it was important for us to start collaborating with an experienced and professionally proficient team. This led us to 22.design, who first mapped out the major problems of the site through user research. Following this, we began working on the complete renovation of Dreamjobs, which, besides improving the user experience, also received a new branding. After completing the first milestone, the site's conversion metrics began to rise, which was a perfect confirmation that they had done successful and effective work.

Before the work started, we were not sure if it was worth the investment since we have our own graphic designer. IMPORTANT STEPS OF AN AVERAGE PROJECT
1. Audit

2. Research / Wireframing
After clarifying the concept of the service/product, we validate our ideas with UX research tools. Using user interviews, we establish personas, which help us to create the main user pathways. These provide a solid foundation for the development of wireframes and prototypes. Our research toolkit includes conducting user interviews, competitor analysis, and field research.
3. Design / Prototyping
From the first moment of wireframe creation, we consider branding and any potential design guides, as they significantly affect the user experience. Following this method, we can create high-fidelity prototypes that give the most accurate picture of the expected user experience during testing. Our sitebuilder colleagues assist our UX/UI designers from the earliest stages of graphic design.
4. Validation / Iteration
Validation is a key moment in UX design. With the help of our researcher colleagues, we recruit users from the target group and examine how they use our prototypes in in-depth interviews. We refine the design further through remote usability tests, which allows us to receive feedback from a large number of users. The information obtained represents invaluable value, as it lays the foundation for further refinement of the plans and the possibility of testing in another iteration. In a later step, we conduct A/B tests to further refine the user experience and increase conversion numbers.
